The house is situated in the heart of the historic town on T. G. Masaryk Square, which was declared an urban conservation zone in 1980.

The combination of commercial and residential use ensures stable and annually growing investment potential.

The house is located within the historical buildings of the Moravská Třebová city center. It is partially basemented, has 3 floors, and an attic space offering potential for further use, both residential and commercial. The house primarily features residential spaces but also includes revenue-generating commercial premises on the ground floor. It was built in 1555, with the 2nd and 3rd floors added around 1700, and a complete renovation was done in 1969. In 1996, both residential and commercial spaces were reconstructed.

Revitalization of the entire house between 2015 and 2022 gave the house its current interior and exterior appearance.
