We have completed the acquisition of two sites covering 4.5 hectares in the
mountain village of Loučná nad Desnou in the Jeseníky Mountains.

The original industrial areas were filled with dilapidated buildings that, over time, became hazardous to the health of residents and the adjacent Desná River. We are transforming these areas into residential zones providing modern housing for the local community, along with related services such as wellness centers, entertainment facilities, grocery stores, and more.

In this region, we have also initiated additional projects, including urban apartments in Šumperk and family homes in Velké Losiny, to maintain the unique character of each location. Our goal is to offer the opportunity to live in beautiful natural settings with high standards of modern living, while also providing attractive returns for investors.
