SALUTEM FUND SICAV a.s. (hereinafter referred to as “SALUTEM”) is a fund of qualified investors pursuant to Act No. 240/2013 Coll. on Investment Companies and Investment Funds (hereinafter referred to as “ICIF”), of which only a qualified investor pursuant to Section 272 of the ICIF may become a shareholder or shareholder. In the case of an investment in the range of CZK 1,000,000 (or EUR 125,000) and above, the suitability of such investment for the investor is assessed by the fund manager or administrator of the SALUTEM Fund.

The administrator advises investors that the value of an investment in the SALUTEM Fund may go down or up over time and the return of the amount originally invested is not guaranteed. The performance of the SALUTEM Fund in previous periods does not guarantee the same or better performance in the future. Investing involves risk, which may result in a decline in the value of the investment and a loss of capital. An investment in the SALUTEM Fund is intended to provide a return over the medium and long term and is therefore not suitable for short-term speculation.
