Rejhotice Valley is a project close to our hearts. From an unused factory villa in the protected landscape area of Jeseníky, we have created 26 unique mountain apartments in the center of the village. The location is attractive not only for its surrounding nature but also for the unique architectural elements of the First Republic building.

In the next phase of the project, we plan to revitalize the remaining industrial areas. We aim to connect the upper and lower parts of the village, creating a leisure center. This will include a café, a home for the elderly, a children’s playground, a park, and much more. In short, a modern village center.

Of course, we also consider sustainability and the environment. Therefore, we plan to restore the adjacent hydroelectric power plant, which will cover a significant portion of the energy consumption in the area. Our intention is not to build gigantic resorts on greenfields. On the contrary, we want to preserve the original buildings in harmony with nature.

However, to revitalize the dilapidated areas, a change in the zoning plan is necessary, as it currently only plans for an industrial zone. In cooperation with the local government, we are preparing a regulatory plan that defines detailed conditions for land use. We are pleased that the municipal leadership views our initiative positively.

Under the current conditions, only industrial factories and production halls can be built in the area, which could significantly disrupt the character of the protected landscape area. We believe that we all share a common goal: the development of the village while preserving the unique atmosphere of the mountain nature.
