We have successfully completed the reconstruction of Ulrich villa as part of our unique mountain apartments project, Rejhotice Valley (https://udolirejhotice.cz/), located in the heart of the Jeseníky Mountains. This project offers a unique combination of beautiful nature and comfortable living. The unused factory villa in the center of Loučná nad Desnou has been transformed into 26 modern apartments with above-standard facilities, ranging from studio apartments (1+kk) to three-room apartments (3+kk).
Currently, we are landscaping and preparing facilities that will bring joy to all our residents. We are setting up a children’s playground for the little ones. If you want to relax and recharge, there will be a sauna and a hot tub available. A fire pit will also be available for evening gatherings and barbecues.
The area boasts several renowned mountain resorts and numerous popular hiking and cycling trails. Near the Ulrich Villa, you can find the most visited place in the Jeseníky Mountains, the Dlouhé Stráně hydroelectric power plant, as well as the popular thermal baths in Velké Losiny. Due to the rapid development of the region, rising property prices, and the unique location, the apartments can also serve as a highly profitable investment.
